Yantai Haide Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984 and is located in Muping District, Yantai City, a coastal city on the Shandong Peninsula. It is adjacent to Weihai to the east and Yantai to the west, and faces the tourist destination of Yangma Island across the sea. It is a comprehensive processing enterprise that integrates metal structural components, welding, sheet metal production, precision machining, and casting. There are three sub factories under its jurisdiction: Haide Construction, Haide Steel Structure, and Haide Casting Industry.

Haide Foundry has one set of 10 ton and one set of 5-ton resin sand casting production lines, and one set of 3-ton and 1-ton medium frequency induction melting furnaces. It mainly produces various grades of gray cast iron, ductile iron, and cast steel. Some products are exported to countries such as Japan, South Korea, Italy, and the Netherlands, with an annual output of 12000 tons of cast iron parts. At present, the main products of cast steel parts include marine cast steel parts, printing machine rollers, excavator bucket tooth seats, bucket teeth, etc., with an annual output of 2000 tons.

We have advanced testing instruments such as universal material testing machines, direct reading spectrometers, vertical metallographic microscopes, and furnace front analyzers, which can analyze the chemical composition of coke, raw iron, furnace front molten iron, and castings, as well as test the hardness, mechanical properties, and metallographic structure of castings, providing a guarantee for the quality of castings.
